- Spot trends before they surface – perform deep-dive analysis to uncover hidden patterns, flag risks, and identify opportunities across the value chain.
- Build true partnerships to boost financial literacy and enable adaptive, informed decision-making.
- Drive performance by support critical programs with high-impact analysis that highlights what’s working, and what’s not.
- Tell the story behind the numbers – turn complex data into compelling, story-driven insights that resonate beyond finance
- Coach and knowledge share to build analytical capability across the wider team.
- Keep strategy front and centre - connect financial planning with organisational goals to deliver clear, measurable outcomes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in strategic financial analysis with a focus on driving business impact, not just reporting the numbers.
- Confidence with complex data – skilled in working with large datasets (especially in Excel) to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Sharp analytical thinking - a natural curiosity to ask what the data is telling us and the foresight to recommend what comes next.
- Business intelligence know-how – ability to navigate technical data environments, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels.
- Compelling communicator - turning complex insights into simple, engaging stories that inform and inspire action.
- A collaborative approach with proven ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams, helping others understand the 'why' behind the numbers.
