We need an English-fluent Senior iOS Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture, development, and release of the iOS application.
• Collaborate closely with design and product to deliver a pixel-perfect, user-centric experience.
• Implement new features and iterate quickly, while maintaining high code quality and performance standards.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Establish best practices for testing, CI/CD, and code reviews within the iOS codebase.
• Mentor future iOS team members as the team grows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in native iOS software development.
• Strong proficiency in Swift.
• Advanced proficiency in SwiftUI.
• Solid working knowledge of UIKit.
• Proven experience with performance optimization in mobile applications, including the use of profiling tools and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.

It´S A Plus:

• Experience with MapKit.
• Experience with Firebase.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and Node.js.

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
