Make an impact with our Enterprise Risk Services team as a Senior Consultant. This diverse team of professionals utilizes leading-edge industry knowledge to assist clients in mitigating risk. As a trusted advisor, you’ll establish an effective system of internal controls that safeguard clients’ assets, improve financial reporting reliability, and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of internal audit engagements, internal controls assessments, financial advisory, and business process improvement initiatives across various industries.
• Conduct research, perform operational and risk assessments, and develop actionable recommendations that drive efficiency and align with clients’ strategic priorities.
• Provide strategic advice, guidance, and coaching to clients, helping them strengthen internal controls, governance, and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee engagement planning, resource scheduling, and project financials, including budgeting, work-in-progress tracking, billing, collections, and variance analysis.
• Deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and proposals, drawing on technical expertise, industry knowledge, and client-focused insights.
• Build and nurture client relationships by identifying opportunities to deliver additional value and ensuring consistent service excellence.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards and apply subject-matter expertise to anticipate and address key client risks and challenges.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to continuously enhance client service delivery.
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, political science or other related field
• Professional designation preferred (CIA, CPA, or equivalent)
• 2–5 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk management, performance improvement, or business advisory roles
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, relationship management, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
• Advanced project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
