Your Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Financials Controller with extensive experience in product costing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations at our site, ensuring accurate product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making. This role will involve partnering closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business focused discipline
• 7+ years of experience in financial controlling, with at least 5 years in product costing in a manufacturing environment. 
• SAP or Oracle Experience - Finance and Controlling modules 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self starter, autonomous individual who can drive solutions on a wide-array of challenging topics
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence decision makers
• Experience in supporting financial evaluations, discounted cashflow, CapEx investments business cases
• Financial process improvement mind-set
• Executive level communication skill
• Manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and strong business partnering

  Pay Range for this position: $94,500 - 141,700   The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
