Job Description
Role Purpose
The position duties include a wide range of activities mostly in support to Quality Manager for monitoring employee performance, ensuring all work is completed accurately within specified time frames, and making sure high levels of customer service are provided at all times to all QC stakeholders. Smooth and effective Regional and global interactions. It is also expected that this role in direction of the Quality Manager, communicates and coordinates all aspects QC process with operational departments i.e. commercial, finance and operation.
Accountabilities:
- Monitor quality control data integrity and intervene when required and flag to Quality Manager for improvement
- To maintain and manage on site QC lab as per Syngenta guide line
- To maintain liaison and close coordination with relevant stakeholders as per Syngenta guide lines
- To ensure customer satisfaction in Quality
- Advise and consult with QC staff concerning reviews, regulations, and operation policies.
- Ensure no delays cause in artwork development cycle due to QC
- Ensure QC chemists compliance with the Syngenta test methods, Standard Operating Procedures, and local regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day QC process. This includes but is not limited to extracting data from SAP systems, analysis of trends, ensuring compliance and addressing challenges to findings
- Assist Quality Manager in developing procedures, SOPs etc.
- Create and manage the reporting process, protocol, criteria, and details including the collection, formatting and organization of staff reports.
- Determine QC staff training needs; Coordinate and provide appropriate training, and coaching in liaison of Quality Manager
- Advise on content for operational training courses
- Work as RI champion, update RIRA matrix and coordinate with region
- Work as Hygiene champion, take guidance from region and implement on country level
- Support Quality Manager in ensuring staff meets and/or exceeds set performance standards (KPIs).
- Conduct QMS internal Audit.
- Interact with internal customers to get feedback
- Evaluate vendors performance in liaison with direct procurement BP to improve/sustain excellence
- Manage Customer complaint (collection , reporting and archiving) in liaison of Quality Manger
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Educational qualification – Masters in Chemsitry
- Hands on expertise on computer based documentation
- gSAP QM module
- ETQ customer complaint and documentation module
- At least 05-07 years experience of Pesticides Manufacturing Environment, FMCG or chemical industry
