Job Description

Working in our Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) Department, you will play a key role in building our new Global MDM Team.

We are looking for an MDM Architect to design and oversee the technical architecture of a global Master Data Management (MDM) implementation. You will ensure scalability, performance, and compliance while aligning with enterprise standards. Acting as the program’s technical authority, you will define data flows, integration models, and security frameworks to drive adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the MDM solution architecture (data models, workflows, integrations).
• Translate business needs into robust, scalable designs.
• Select, configure, and optimize the MDM platform.
• Design integration strategies (batch, APIs, ETL/ELT) with systems like ERP, CRM, Finance, and Analytics.
• Enforce governance, data quality, and security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Data Owners, Stewards).
• Provide technical leadership to development teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in large-scale MDM projects.
• Strong knowledge of MDM platforms (Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, Stibo, IBM, etc.).
• Expertise in data modeling, integration, and API architectures.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and cloud integrations.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and master data domains.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their data services.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka).
• Background in data security, identity management, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, etc.).
• Prior experience working in Agile delivery models with cross-functional, global teams
