Job Description
This role will be responsible leading the relationship with Disney for LAC and working with the different LAC marketing teams to support the sale and implementation of Disney marketing related projects within the following verticals: Theatricals, Events and Local Activations. This role will lead the relationship with Disney, by unleashing new commercial opportunities and making sure our contractual commitments as Visa are being met. In addition, this role will also be supporting cross functional efforts with respects to the ongoing negotiations for LAC by building marketing related business cases.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
• Marketing planning and execution experience
• Experience working in financial / entertainment industry and/or multinational companies
• Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
• Strong persuasion and sales skills
• Track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that delivered measurable business results.
• Ability to present with impact in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Building ad hoc Disney proposals for client and support the local marketing managers through the process of selling Disney turnkey solutions.
• Plan and Execute Disney Marketing Campaigns together with the local marketing managers, creative agencies and internal media teams.
• Coordinate all Disney related events in the markets together with the local marketing managers, Disney and Disney´s vendors.
• Coordinating with the Inhouse and external agencies all the creativity planning and execution for all Disney marketing campaigns.
• Track all the media related initiatives that are taking place regards Disney to make sure our contractual commitments are being met.
• Prepare all selling materials that are needed by the local markets to engage clients with the upcoming Disney opportunities.
• Advocate that all the compliance and controllership processes are being met and the projects are reported accordingly.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 163,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
