Job Description

You will support the execution of strategic initiatives that uplift eCommerce payment volume across AP markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Value Added Services, Client Services, Risk, Legal, and Market teams—to deliver measurable impact and accelerate Visa’s digital transformation.

  • Program management of strategic network initiatives that drives the ecosystem forward to support future growth
  • Assist in developing marketing strategy and execution, collaborating with marketing and market teams to develop the right set plays for key eCommerce markets
  • Contribute to marketing campaign planning and performance tracking, ensuring that campaigns move the needle in driving awareness and adoption of Visa’s digital services
  • Analyze and report on eCommerce payment volume trends across AP markets, identify shifts in volumes and ideating on potential solutions
  • Partner with product, client services and market teams to deliver on key initiatives
  • Support monthly reporting of team OKRs, measuring the progress and performance of digital solutions based on key enablement metrics

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Degree in any relevant discipline with 2 or more years of work experience
  • 1-2 years experience in product management, strategy, consulting or innovation
  • Strong analytical skill set and able to drive analysis of data independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling complex challenges
  • Strong sense of ownership and project management skills
  • Understanding of and interest in how users interact with digital payment experiences and what drives conversion
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A strong knowledge of payment industry products, services and technologies, eCommerce business is a plus
