About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Corporates Sales team in Amsterdam. In this role you will lead the EMEA Corporate team of Account Executives and own new business and targeted expansions in corporate accounts. You will coach in live deals as a co-pilot, enforce a repeatable inspection-driven sales motion, and develop product depth so you can run credible discovery-led demos for Internal Audit and Financial Control stakeholders. You will translate field signal into recommendations on packaging, partnerships, and roadmap that raise win rate, ACV, and velocity.

What You Will Do
- Serve as deal co-pilot on critical opportunities, inspecting next steps, economic buyer access, value hypothesis, and mutual close plans to keep momentum and improve close rates.
- Run a consistent operating rhythm including weekly pipeline and live deal inspections, monthly forecast reviews, and quarterly playbook updates.
- Attain product depth across core DataSnipper capabilities and AI features to run credible discovery-led demos for Internal Audit and Financial Control.
- Design and iterate territory plays, industry points of view, and packaging experiments tailored to corporate buyers, and feed structured field signal to leadership for roadmap and partnership decisions.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop hungry AEs, raising the team average through coaching, clear expectations, and high standards.
- Partner with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and CS to improve lead quality, shorten evaluations, and expand value in existing corporate accounts.
What You Bring
- Track record leading enterprise or upper-midmarket corporate sales in EMEA with measurable improvements in win rate, ACV, and cycle time.
- Hands-on deal leadership that shows up in active cycles and results in must-win outcomes.
- Product fluency with the ability to conduct discovery-led demos and connect capabilities to Internal Audit and Financial Control jobs to be done.
- Builder mindset with examples of territory designs, industry POVs, and pricing or packaging experiments that scaled.
- Clear executive communication that turns customer data and field learning into decisions.
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain high-caliber AEs and raise the performance average.
