Job Description

• - Process track and trace shipment by using carrier website to obtain the shipment status.
• - Update and maintain information provided by carriers into internal web application.
• - Provide proactive communication regarding deviation to customer when shipments are at risk or in a delay.
• - Provide timely communications and customer service functions in a multi-client environment.
• - Prepare summary and assessment reports related to daily operations.
• - Other duties / projects as assigned by immediate superior.

Applicant'S Profile

• - Bachelor's degree in international business / Logistics Management or any related field.
• - At least 0-3 year of experience in Customer Service.
• - Preferably knowledge of Air freight / Sea freight industry and processes.
• - Basic command in English.
