Empowering the Future of Mobility: Join Powerdot's Innovative Team

Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That’s the future we’re building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don’t just install chargers.

  • We accelerate sustainable mobility.
  • We obsess over partnerships.
  • We grow relentlessly:our network, our partners, ourselves.

If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for “just a job.” Neither are we. 😎 We’re driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you’ll feel at home here.

We’Re Looking For People Who:

  • See challenges as puzzles, not problems.
  • Thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments.
  • Want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold.

At Powerdot, you’ll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that’s always pushing the edge of what’s possible.

As an Running Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for network performance, full supervision of maintenance operations, quality monitoring, and maximizing the use of our charging hubs within your territory (covering multiple regions). Your role is essential to ensure top performance, deliver a flawless user experience, and effectively lead field teams.

Team management and coordination

  • Field leadership: Manage a team of technicians in the field, ensuring their efficiency, safety, and skills development.
  • Planning: Organize and optimize intervention schedules to guarantee maximum responsiveness and reliability.
  • KPIs and monitoring: Define and analyze performance indicators for technicians and contractors to steer results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Ensure smooth communication between local teams (Deployment Operations, Partnerships) and central teams (Product, Data, Hardware, Energy, Central Operations, Service Support, HR), so they can help you achieve your goals while giving them the visibility they need for theirs.
  • Safety: Be the guarantor of team and site safety.
  • Contractor management: Manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure expected service levels.

Technical supervision and management

  • Maintenance and quality: Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies and commissioning, working with both internal teams and external providers.
  • Diagnostics and supervision: Monitor charging station performance via our supervision tools, diagnose anomalies, and manage their resolution remotely or on-site.

Financial (P&L) and operational performance of the network

  • P&L responsibility: Manage the profitability of your hubs, maximize ROI, and define/implement actions to increase usage.
  • Analysis and reporting: Track hub KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and create clear action plans.
  • Continuous optimization: Propose innovative solutions to improve functional performance and the user experience.

Continuous improvement and innovation

  • Proactive resolution: Critically assess recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions.
  • Automation: Identify inefficiencies and implement tools to simplify and accelerate operations ("eliminate then automate").
  • Voice of the customer: Gather user feedback to guide product and service improvements.
  • Process standardization: Improve protocols and ensure operational excellence across all interventions.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Education and expertise: Graduate from a top engineering school (Master’s degree or equivalent), with 2+ years of experience in a technical, industrial, or operational environment, ideally in field management.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of electrical equipment, especially in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Leadership mindset: Ability to motivate, lead, and develop a technical team, while maintaining a collaborative approach.
  • Proactivity & self-drive: Autonomous, able to take initiative and propose solutions before problems even arise. You can anticipate needs and act decisively.
  • Results-oriented: Pragmatic, focused on solving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Organizational excellence: Rigorous and methodical, able to juggle priorities while keeping goals in sight.
  • Strategic vision: Strong business acumen and understanding of profitability levers, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Communication & influence: Able to synthesize
