The Senior Manager, Workplace Experience will guide the care and delivery of programs that make our offices welcoming, supportive, and inspiring places to work. Key Responsibilities
- Employee Experience: Create and nurture initiatives that support employee well-being, strengthen community, and encourage collaboration across teams.
- Workplace & Operations: Oversee the daily rhythm of our offices, from thoughtful space use to ensuring environments are safe, inclusive, and inviting.
- Vendor & Service Partnerships: Partner with vendors who provide essential workplace services (e.g., cleaning, catering, maintenance, supplies), ensuring a high-quality and caring experience for employees.
- Listening & Continuous Improvement: Build feedback channels to hear employee voices and translate insights into meaningful workplace improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other partners to ensure the workplace experience seamlessly supports the needs of our people.
Qualifications And Competencies
