As Talent Acquisition Manager, Product, you’ll lead recruitment for the team at the centre of Bolt’s universe. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across Product Management, Product Design & Research, Product Analytics, Product Operations, and Product Strategy to ensure continuity and excellence in Product hiring. This role combines hands-on delivery with leadership of a talented recruitment team, focusing on building pipelines, shaping hiring strategies, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

- <point>Own requisition delivery for senior and business-critical roles within assigned departments.</point>
- <point>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.</point>

- <point>Collaborate with the People and Employer Branding teams on employer branding initiatives.</point>
- <point>Support process improvements and participate in People & Culture projects (D&I, analytics, L&D).</point>

- <point>You are skilled at shaping recruitment strategies in partnership with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and prioritisation.</point>
- <point>You are confident in coaching, mentoring, and developing recruiters to achieve their potential.</point>
- <point>You are comfortable using data and insights to assess performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.</point>
- <point>You can balance hands-on delivery with longer-term planning and process improvement.</point>
