Our Growth department is on a mission to rapidly scale an innovative tech brand across key international territories, beginning with the dynamic markets of South-East Asia, with an initial focus on Thailand. You won't just be filling vacancies; you will be acting as a strategic talent partner, building the core teams (spanning marketing, retail, and business development) that will be responsible for our commercial success in the region. What You'Ll Do

• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to secure top-tier talent for our Growth roles across multiple international markets, starting with South-East Asia.
• Manage and optimise the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient, data-driven, and compliant process from initial job specification through to candidate offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates across the region using advanced tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, digital job boards, and professional networking.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers, collaborating closely to define specific talent requirements, build robust talent pipelines, and align on competitive compensation strategies.
• Maintain and elevate an exceptional candidate experience that authentically reflects our corporate culture and employer brand, ensuring a positive journey for every applicant.

Experience You'Ll Need To Be Successful

• 3-5 years of focused experience in international recruitment, ideally gained within the consumer electronics, technology, or a comparable fast-growth industry.
• A strong, verifiable history of successfully placing talent in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, operations, and business development across global or regional markets.
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating international hiring complexities, including local labour laws, visa requirements, cultural nuances, and employment compliance.
• Proficiency with key recruitment technologies, including hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced candidate sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence hiring decisions and manage expectations across senior leadership in a remote or cross-functional setting.
