Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist (17831) to manage the full cycle of accounts receivable operations. This role involves handling invoicing, collections, cash applications, dispute resolution, and tax-related processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Manage customer invoicing and ensure timely collections.
• Apply daily payments (ACH, Wire, Lockbox, credit card).
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain accurate customer and billing records.
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Order Management teams.
• Handle tax documentation and vendor form requests.
• Escalate delinquent accounts and manage follow-ups.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Gmail and Google Docs.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Familiarity with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional language is a plus).
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
