Senior Specialist, Cost Controlling

Job Purpose

Supplier Park Finance Controller Senior Specialist is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and tracking spending control for the Supplier Park Project

Finance Controller Manager Assistant is also responsible to develop the financial reports.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or business administration.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years on Finance or related areas.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of Finance CAPEX / OPEX and Investment Control principles
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Key Accountabilities:

• Report to the Manufacturing Controller on the CAPEX and OPEX control process.
• Control and report the CAPEX/OPEX commitment, forescast, actual, balance to commit & balance to pay to operating areas
• Report cash flow spending projections to treasury and related areas.
• Ensure the accuracy and robustness of the control tools (ERP / Excel)
• Track purchasing requisitions by performing the necessary entries and controls in the ERP System ensuring the CAPEX budget control.
• Support meetings with Supplier Operations team members to develop forecast for project plan deviations as well as mitigation strategies
