The Campaigns & Engagement Manager is a key member of the newly formed Internal Communications team, responsible for designing and delivering communication campaigns and initiatives that deepen employee connection, amplify our culture, and support engagement at scale, particularly during a period of rapid growth.

As the company expands and welcomes many new employees, this role plays a critical part in helping people understand and feel part of our evolving story. Through strategic messaging, creative storytelling, company-wide campaigns, and the planning and execution of engaging internal events, the Campaigns & Engagement Manager will reinforce our values, celebrate shared milestones, and drive consistent, inspiring communication that helps employees feel informed, connected, and motivated.

This role uses feedback and data to ensure engagement efforts are effective and support key business goals like employee retention, productivity, and building a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver creative employee engagement and culture campaigns that connect employees to the company’s culture, strategy, and evolving story.
  • Lead and manage internal campaigns, including culture initiatives, new office openings, employee portal adoption, and strategy rollouts, ensuring clear and inspiring communication.
  • Plan and execute engaging activities and events that foster belonging, celebrate milestones, and boost employee morale.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to align engagement efforts with broader people and culture objectives.
  • Develop compelling storytelling formats that bring company culture and strategy to life across multiple channels.
  • Create and manage competitions, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms that encourage active participation and strengthen engagement.
  • Continuously monitor employee feedback, measure campaign impact, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and reach.
  • Partner with Content & Channel Managers and Communications Business Partners to ensure campaigns are targeted and delivered effectively to the right audiences.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or campaign and event management, ideally within fast-paced or scaling organizations.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering creative, multi-channel communication campaigns that drive engagement, align with company culture, and support strategic business goals.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate across diverse employee groups and communication platforms.
  • Experience planning and executing internal events and initiatives that foster connection, celebrate milestones, and boost morale.
  • Collaborative working style, with a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align communications and engagement strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using feedback and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign impact and optimize future initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
