We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide end-to-end strategic and administrative support to our CXOs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting CXO-level executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This role requires excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, flexibility on work timings (adapting to USA and India cross-functional execution) and the ability to manage priorities, communications, and operations with accuracy and foresight.

This role requires excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, flexibility on work timings (adapting to USA and India cross-functional execution) and the ability to manage priorities, communications, and operations with accuracy and foresight.
What You'Ll Do
- Manage the CXO’s inbox and communications, assessing business context to prioritize what requires immediate attention versus delegation.
- Manage complex calendars, high-volume scheduling, and domestic/international travel logistics with precision and foresight.
- Drive follow-ups on key projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate executive offsites, leadership forums, and engagement activities.
- Provide administrative and facilities support, including vendor coordination and logistical needs.
- Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize leadership time.
Required Qualifications
- 9–13 years of experience supporting CXO/Board-level leaders as a Senior Executive Assistant.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, inboxes, and high-volume scheduling with strong prioritization and judgment.
- Strong business understanding to assess urgency and ensure timely follow-ups on key projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive presence.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Experience coordinating executive offsites, leadership forums, and facilities/administrative operations.
- Track record of streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and optimizing leadership time.
