This is a high-impact role at the intersection of solution expertise, client engagement, and business growth. As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with sales and business leaders to understand customer needs, lead workshops to capture requirements, and translate them into tailored SAP GTS solutions that solve real-world trade and compliance challenges. From delivering compelling demonstrations and Proof of Concepts to shaping go-to-market strategies and supporting revenue growth, you’ll play a key role in positioning ArchLynk as the partner of choice and driving adoption of SAP GTS across the market.
What will your day look like?
- Drive pre-sales engagements with SAP and customers, positioning ArchLynk as the partner of choice for SAP GTS.
- Act as a thought leader, representing ArchLynk in the SAP GTS ecosystem (including MMA) and supporting go-to-market strategies.
- Lead client workshops, gather requirements, map them to SAP GTS capabilities, and deliver tailored demonstrations, presentations, and Proof of Concepts.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and qualify new opportunities, articulate value propositions, and support revenue growth.
- Nurture and own strategic relationships with SAP, working closely on joint opportunities and market engagement activities.
- Prepare proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and project sizing documents, ensuring accurate scoping and proper use of internal tools such as Salesforce.
- Shape and build a consulting team by hiring, mentoring, and leading consultants across the region.
- Contribute to solution strategy, delivery excellence, and customer success, providing technical insights and addressing client concerns.
- Stay current on SAP GTS product enhancements and the competitive landscape, maintaining demo systems that reflect real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate with global practice leaders and cross-functional teams to expand ArchLynk’s footprint and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- 5+ years’ experience in SAP GTS (pre-sales and consultancy) with a proven track record in the consultancy industry.
- Deep knowledge of SAP GTS modules and related functionalities inc. Compliance, Customs, and Trade Preference Management.
- Strong understanding of global trade and supply chain planning processes, best practices, and solution design.
- Demonstrated success in business development, stakeholder engagement, and building trusted client relationships.
- Experience preparing project sizing, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Analytical and proactive mindset, skilled at tailoring demos and staying current on SAP GTS advancements and market trends.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to hire, mentor, and lead teams, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit to build and grow new initiatives.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; SAP GTS certifications are an advantage.
