What You’Ll Do
The Senior Director of Network Strategy is responsible for driving strategy and growth for Strive’s provider network. This individual will take a broad lens to Strive’s external relationships, which may include nephrologists, primary care physicians, facilities and additional specialists. To build the network strategy, the Senior Director will use data to identify and prioritize high-value providers for collaboration. They will utilize patient density, network performance analysis and strategic practices to help the organization prioritize practices and specialties.
The Day to Day
- Reviews provider data to create a broader network integration strategy for each market
- Develops engagement strategy across provider types which may include incentives, outreach efforts, and integration work
- Design, implement and track Strive’s provider incentive program
- Manage Strive’s contracting process around incentives, liaising with Network Engagement, legal and contract management teams
- Support Network Engagement team with pitching Strive’s incentive program across practices
- Responsible for outcomes related to provider engagement in all payor markets, including development of network strategy, execution on performance goals related to provider onboarding and integration, and leveraging provider relationships to optimize patient engagement
- Works closely with the Network Operations and Network Engagement teams to implement these strategies within the regions
- Drives improvement of provider performance by analyzing, interpreting, and communicating utilization and quality metrics. Responsible for developing initial network performance plans and starting the execution of those improvement plans.
- Partner with business development teams to develop strategic approach with key provider groups or health systems within each payor market
- Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to support provider performance and resolve barriers and challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field or business administration.
- 9+ years of experience in provider engagement / provider relations.
- 2+ years of experience with payment methodologies and working in value-based care models.
- Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in healthcare strategy, network management, or strategic consulting.
- Experience leading cross-functional and virtual teams in healthcare settings.
- Provider contracting and network development experience.
- Experience working with primary care providers, nephrologists, and care management teams.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize data analytics to drive performance, outcomes, and strategic decision-making.
- Experience designing and implementing clinical protocols and workflows.
- Proven track record in relationship development and strategic partnership building.
- Strong organizational skills with results-oriented approach to team building and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
- MBA in Healthcare Management, MHA, or related advanced degree.
Annual Base Salary Range: $153,000 - $191,000
