Role Overview
At Bosta, the Product Marketing Manager will be the bridge between product, operations, commercial, and customers. This role ensures that every product feature is positioned clearly, communicated effectively, and adopted successfully across internal teams (sales, ops, customer support) and external stakeholders (merchants, couriers, end customers).This person will own messaging, training, and enablement, helping stakeholders understand not just what we build, but why it matters and how to use it.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1- Messaging & Positioning:
  • Define and maintain clear, consistent messaging for Bosta’s products and features.
  • Translate product features into business value narratives tailored to each audience (merchants, couriers, end-customers, internal ops teams).
  • Trend-driven content creation: Identify social media and digital content trends (short-form video, infographics, reels, LinkedIn storytelling, etc.) and adapt Bosta’s product narratives into these formats.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure product features and launches are amplified through relevant channels.
  • Experiment with new campaign formats to drive awareness and adoption among merchants and couriers.
  • 2. Product Launches & Go-to-Market:
  • Own the product launch process: from internal comms and training to external enablement.
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams to design go-to-market strategies for new features.
  • Ensure launches are measurable, with adoption and engagement tracked.
  • 3.Stakeholder Training & Enablement:
  • Develop and deliver educational materials (decks, playbooks, FAQs, videos, guides) for:Internal teams (Sales, CS, Ops, Hubs, Fleet).External stakeholders (merchants, couriers, partners).
  • Design frameworks for training at scale (e.g., Bosta Academy-style modules for merchants, internal LMS for ops teams).
  • Partner with product managers to turn feature specs into digestible training sessions.
  • 4. Research & Feedback:
  • Continuously gather insights from merchants, couriers, and internal teams to refine product positioning.
  • Support the product team in understanding market and competitor trends.
  • Establish feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of training and messaging.
  • 5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Act as the voice of the product team in commercial and operational discussions.
  • Support GTM teams with sales enablement tools (battle cards, pitch decks, objection handling).
  • Ensure consistent product storytelling across marketing campaigns, sales pitches, and customer success interactions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven ability to craft positioning and messaging that resonates with different stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset: able to measure feature adoption, training effectiveness, and messaging impact.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and how to adapt product content to each.
  • Experience building campaign-ready product content (videos, posts, stories, infographics) aligned with emerging trends.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling in modern formats (short video, memes, data visualizations, micro-stories).
  • Strong experience in training, enablement, or content creation (not just strategy).
  • Excellent communicator in both English and Arabic, with the ability to translate complexity into simplicity.
