Senior Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and/or testing, coupled with hands-on experience in automation frameworks, databases, and reporting tools. You will play a key role in driving the quality and efficiency of our software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Perform test data management, validation, and reporting using SQL, ETL, and reporting tools.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear feedback to development teams.
• Continuously enhance test automation practices to improve speed, reliability, and coverage.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving overall QA standards and practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in software development and/or testing.
• Strong understanding of SQL, databases, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks such as TestRail, Playwright, or similar.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have

• Experience in CI/CD pipeline automation and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with performance testing or security testing tools.
