EHS - Manager

Drive safety programs, compliance plans & training (First Aid, Lab Safety, Induction, Fire Safety, etc.)

Conduct internal/external safety audits & ensure EHS compliance.

Lead incident investigations & implement CAPA.

Liaise with govt. authorities (DISH, GPCB, Fire Dept., PESO).

Promote Behaviour-Based Safety & employee engagement.

Support environmental monitoring (waste, water, air, energy).

Assist in EHS certifications & client audits.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of EHS principles & regulatory compliance.
• Passionate about safety, proactive & detail-oriented.
• Great communicator, team player & problem solver.
• Certifications like NEBOSH / ISO 14001 / 45001 preferred.
