Your role:As part of our recruitment team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter Specialist with an educational background in Economics to support the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate is a final-year student or a recent graduate eager to build a stable career in Human Resources, develop professionally in a dynamic environment, and contribute to creating an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:· Maintenance and administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.· Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR managers across the company to ensure a smooth recruitment process.· Sourcing candidates through the ATS and proactively engaging passive candidates through databases and social media.· Supporting and coordinating all phases of the recruitment process, including resume screening, phone interviews, and scheduling onsite interviews. Other duties · You may be asked to perform additional tasks and duties as your role expands. Your skills, experience, and qualifications required · Exceptional organizational skills.· Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.· Flexibility and responsiveness to shifting priorities.· Good knowledge of Excel.· A communicative, structured, and adaptable personality, with a positive attitude in interactions with colleagues and candidates.· Educational background in Economics – we are particularly interested in candidates who are final-year students or recent graduates, motivated to secure a stable position where they can continue to develop professionally in a dynamic environment.
