🚀 What You’Ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers focused on building, maintaining, and scaling operational platforms.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Guide the team through the full software development lifecycle—from planning and architecture to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with product management, UX, and operations to translate business needs into clear technical strategies.
• Shape engineering culture by setting technical standards and best practices.
• Foster an environment of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Manage team growth, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and project progress reporting.
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven track record in mentoring, coaching, and managing engineers.
