*This is a remote position open to candidates across the US, however -  Denver, CO based candidates are highly preferred

Boomi is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to join the Office of the CEO. This role is central to how we run and communicate the business; shaping strategic initiatives while ensuring the CEO’s voice and vision resonate with employees, customers, partners, and our Board.

You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff to the CEO, driving projects that span the organization and crafting the content that carries our strategy forward. It’s a rare opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of business operations, executive strategy, and storytelling.

This individual will support the Office of the CEO, handling projects and tasks across the entire organization, adapting responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.

What You'Ll Do:

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team to identify operational gaps, structure solutions, and drive impact across the business
  • Translate strategic initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for key audiences, developing CEO keynotes, internal All Hands, and Board of Director materials
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to advance company priorities and orchestrate change across global teams
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to track performance against company KPIs and distill results into insights for leadership
  • Support the design and facilitation of executive leadership meetings and offsites, ensuring alignment and follow-through
  • Act as a business owner, proactively spotting opportunities, anticipating challenges, and driving resolution

The Experience You Bring:

  • 7+ years of consulting, strategy, or project management experience, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm, PE firm, or high-growth SaaS/tech company
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and translate business complexity into actionable plans
  • Strong communication skills, with experience creating executive-level content and presentations that influence at the highest levels
  • Familiarity with B2B technology operating models and performance measurement
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of integrity
  • Comfort working directly with senior executives and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Ability to flex between strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $168,000-$209,000 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
