Your Role

Anaplan is seeking an experienced EMEA Alliance Director to lead and grow our consolidation offering through our partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. This role will focus on driving demand generation, increasing awareness, and enabling our strategic partners to successfully market and deliver consolidation capabilities. You will act as the primary liaison between Anaplan and our partners, helping them expand their skill sets, certifications, and market reach.

The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales or customer-facing background with strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and be motivated to transition into a technology vendor environment to leverage and expand their expertise.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner engagement strategy to promote Anaplan’s consolidation offering across EMEA.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives collaboratively with partners and internal teams to ensure pipeline growth and attainment of joint revenue targets.
  • Raise awareness of Anaplan’s consolidation solution through enablement programs, workshops, and targeted communications for partner sales and delivery teams.
  • Own partner readiness by defining and enforcing prerequisites, including certifications, solution knowledge, and delivery capability.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create relevant content and campaigns tailored to partner audiences.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback, support, and strategic guidance to maximize partner contribution and success.
  • Serve as a consultative resource to partners on best practices for consolidation processes and Anaplan solution application.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align partner activities with overall business goals.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the financial consolidation landscape and relevant market trends to position Anaplan competitively.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven background in consultative sales, business consulting, or finance, with direct exposure to financial consolidation processes.
  • Strong understanding of consolidation accounting, financial close cycles, and related enterprise financial workflows.
  • Experience working with or alongside partner ecosystems, ideally in technology or software services.
  • Motivation to transition from a professional services or financial domain background into a tech vendor role, applying your domain expertise to drive partner and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and seniority levels within EMEA.
  • Ability to translate complex finance concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA as needed.

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a drive for results.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan or similar cloud-based enterprise planning platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
