Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager – AI (Knowledge Base Product) to lead the development and expansion of HighLevel’s AI product suite. In this influential role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, conducting proof of concepts, shaping user experiences, and crafting innovative solutions.This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, optimize user experiences, and enhance customer interactions through the strategic application of AI.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision
- Establish the strategic direction and vision for Knowledge Base product features.- Make informed decisions about product roadmaps based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Product Planning & Development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize feature enhancements.- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap aligned with HighLevel’s overall product strategy.- Translate user needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and support to deliver high-quality product launches on time.
Leadership & Mentoring
- Influence cross-functional teams to align execution with product strategy.- Mentor and coach other PMs, supporting their professional growth and preparing them for future leadership roles.
Performance & KPIs
- Define and track product KPIs to measure success, including adoption, activation, retention, NPS/CSAT, support ticket reduction, and business impact metrics.- Monitor user feedback and competitive analysis to identify improvements and drive continuous product evolution.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of AI, chatbots, and SaaS technologies and market trends.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics for decisions.- Strong communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Deep empathy for users and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.- Business acumen to align product decisions with company goals.- 4+ years of Product Management experience (AI/Chatbots/SaaS preferred).- 2+ years of AI domain experience.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
