As a Recruiter in the HubSpot Talent Acquisition team on our International Flywheel Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in HubSpot’s growth by continuously attracting and hiring top Sales talent across EMEA. As part of this role, you’ll mainly manage evergreen positions, meaning you’ll continually build and nurture the talent pipelines that keep our business moving ahead. We’re looking for a Recruiter who is fluent in French and has knowledge of the French talent market, while also being eager to support hiring across multiple regions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, leverage data and AI tools, and bring a growth mindset to ensure we hire remarkable, diverse talent at scale.

What You’Ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles across EMEA, with a focus on South of Europe, France and Iberia/Italy).
- Engage, nurture, and qualify a diverse pool of candidates, using creative sourcing, AI-driven tools, and market insights.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions with data and thoughtful recommendations.
- Champion the candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating openly, and ensuring every candidate feels supported.
- Drive evaluation and selection processes, coaching interviewers and ensuring candidates are assessed against HubSpot’s high bar for performance, potential, and culture-add.
- Experiment boldly with new talent acquisition strategies, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and impact.
- Leverage data and metrics to analyze funnel performance and guide improvements.
- Collaborate across cultures and markets, adapting approaches to ensure effectiveness and equity in diverse geographies.
- Represent HubSpot externally by contributing to employer branding initiatives, events, and referral programs.
- Embed DEI best practices at every stage, ensuring inclusive processes and equitable outcomes.
What Are The Role Requirements?
- Fluency in English and French (required).
- Strong knowledge of the French talent market and proven ability to hire across multiple regions.
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally with Sales roles, and a track record in full-cycle Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to manage priorities with some ambiguity and consistently deliver in line with business goals.
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and KPIs to influence decisions and measure success.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage in constructive conversations.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset — embracing change, learning fast, and taking action with urgency.
- Comfort with AI-powered recruiting tools and openness to experimenting with new technologies.
