Job Description
-Deliver technical and customer service training-Run pop-up reinforcements for SVs/CFS i.e. BITES Express
-Manage toolkits and job aids i.e. BITES
-Track daily NPS loopbacks and performance metrics
-Other CFS Ops needs i.e. CFS uniforms
Duties And Responsibilities:
Technical Training
- Develop training materials and delivers training courses related to process, standards and new promos
- Plan and schedule the delivery of learning activities, based on learning objectives. Manage the delivery of programs of learning.
- Customize formal and informal learning activities, incorporating relevant business scenarios and case studies
- Deliver training involving process, standards and new promos
- Supports sales driven campaigns and initiatives from Broadband Marketing
Bb Advocacies
- Conducting FiberLab demo tour to onboard Globe employees in Broadband technology and IoT
- Arranging Field Immersion schedule for all Globe employees’ request
- Oversee and plan social media posting
- Support Ambassadors’ program in conducting cascade on latest promo and announcements
- Support in organizing events, workshops, and activities aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work culture, such as Monthly Celebrations, Town halls and Team building
