Senior Digital Marketing Analyst - LATAM

This position has a LATAM scope and has as an objetive to develop, execute, coordinate and review marketig campaigns in Portuguese, English and Spanish language and develop and execute digital initiatives for Surgical business unit. Other product support activities may apply.

How you'll make an impact:
• Develop, execute and adapt marketing campaigns for all LATAM region, following our company policies, building a comprehensive calendar and using different channels for it´s implementation.
• Develop and work on the strategy for digital initiatives focused on external and internal stakeholders, aligned with our global initiatives and searching for new solutions.
• Support product management activities, including launches, events and other needed activities.
• Analyze digital trends and map competitor´s activitities for both digital and marketing campaigns.
• Recommend and lead the implementation of continuous process improvements as it relates to marketing
• Track budget expenses forecast related to this role to guarantee accuracy.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to sales team regarding the activities perfomed by this role.

What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in marketing, communication, publicity with solid experience with Digital Marketing

What else will help you:
• Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
• Experience working in a global matrixed environment
• Experience with digital tools
• Experience with related software and applications (e.g. JDE, SFDC) preferred
• Fluency in English and local languages (Portuguese and Spanish).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to analytics
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
