职务描述
主要工作职责:
1.制定辖区工作计划,日常拜访计划、会议管理计划以及项目管理计划,按照计划完成工作任务并产出业务结果,以提升公司疫苗产品的可及性和可支付性,影响并支持大区年度策略和健康发展部年度工作重点的制定和落地,领导跨区域以及健康发展团队的重点项目推动
2.推动相关政策法规的出台,支持相关政策法规的解读工作,评估业务影响并给予业务建议
3.管理辖区内区域级疫苗关键决策人(Kdm),推动区域疫苗政策平台的搭建,建立区域疫苗政策讲师团队,与区域级公共卫生行政主管部门设计并执行相关政企合作项目,树立公司在中国疫苗行业的企业形象
4.关注和推动参与和公司疫苗相关的区域级公费市场项目(包括但不限于Pip/Cip),执行公司策略,提升产品可及性和品牌知晓率
5.协同影响省级中长期以疫苗产品价值为基础的招标采购政策的制定,支持省级年度招标准入工作
6.提供健康发展部管理团队常规报告和业务建议,支持业务决策
7.熟悉和执行公司的Sop,确保个人合规行为
