Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Management Engineer to lead and support organizational transformation initiatives across mining operations. This role is critical in ensuring that changes to processes, technologies, and organizational structures are implemented smoothly and sustainably, with minimal disruption and maximum engagement from stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement change management strategies to support operational, technological, and cultural transformations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts and develop mitigation plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and buy-in at all levels.
- Develop training and support materials to guide employees through transitions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during change implementation.
- Promote a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement, and innovation within mining operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in change management, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and organizational behavior.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data analytics and performance metrics to track change effectiveness.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
