E-Commerce Manager

The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management of all Commerce activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Head of Commerce, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach to Commerce
• Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
• Ensures best practice and innovation in all Commerce activities
• Builds strong relationships across teams and acts as point of escalation for client issues
• Manages and develops direct reports with overall responsibility for complete team development
• Contributes to new business development activities as required
