Responsible for customer management, in conjunction with sales team and internal management - conducts regular communications and maintains individual working relationships with customer personnel at the working and leadership levels.

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience (management/team lead experience) in IT customer support as a QA, Software Developer, Business Analyst or similar skill set
  • 5-7 years  of experience in agile methodologies and ability to adapt into team working in a 2 week sprint cadence.
  • English proficiency B2
  • Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.

Internal Candidates:

  • Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
  • No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
  • Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

What could set you apart

  • You have experience in JSON, XML or REST
  • You have experience in internal technology integration support
  • Experience with API clients like Postman
  • Teamwork. Be able to work with a remote team alongside product managers, marketing, and developers.
  • Communication. Effectively communicate via email and directly with both internal and external customers.
  • You will be required to support clients with technical issues or verifying their technical integration
  • Attention-to-Detail. Ability to review customer problems, against original designs and identify and document discrepancies.
  • Multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple work-streams and simultaneous projects in support of a growing.
