Raytheon’s Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team is seeking Integration, Verification and Validation task lead. The IV&V task lead will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of I&T scope on one of the contracts within our team’s portfolio on the Patriot or C5I product line. In this role, you will work closely with other engineering disciplines and functions to support the overall program objectives and ensure your team has the resources required to complete their work.

What You Will Do

• Provides direction over the integration & test team members for assigned scope
• Responsible for interface and coordination with internal and external organizations on test strategy, coordination, execution, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with other program directorates and IPTs/CPTs to identify and mitigate emergent system issues that may impact verification, sell-off, or fielding.
• Interface with the customer, which includes scheduling and leading review meetings and technical discussions.
• Support planning, design and execution of integration, verification and validation tests
• Up to 10% travel to White Sands Missile Range.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with systems engineering, system integration, system verification, and/or system validation.

• Experience as a team lead for a technical work product

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
