General Function:

The Product Manager will lead all aspects of product strategy, development, pricing, distribution, and marketing for new and existing products. This role will have direct ownership over the consumer and small business debit card offering.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Manage the debit card product line, including product design, pricing, inventory, and features.
• Monitor performance (usage, activation, fraud, etc.) and recommend improvements.
• Work with internal teams to launch new features and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and card network rules (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
• Support customer experience by improving issuance, digital wallet integration, and disputes.
• Track market trends and competitor offerings to keep our products competitive.

Required Knowledge And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in banking or payments.
• Knowledge of debit card operations, card networks, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with card processors (e.g., FIS)
• Familiarity with digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Understanding of fraud prevention and dispute resolution processes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• May supervise and/or lead and direct work of more junior team members.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
