Typically:
• Applies an understanding of how to use methods and techniques to perform assigned activities in order to provide very basic support.
• Handles basic and repetitive tasks. Deals with standard questions/issues of relatively low complexity within business supported, adjustment with some source of information necessary.
• Works within standardized work instructions and routines, work is closely supervised by manager; complex items are handed over to a senior colleague. Works under direct supervision of a senior colleague or own manager.
• Interacts with internal stakeholders as a first/second point of contact – provides basic information or directs to the right person/team.
