Identity & Access Management Product Owner

The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase. You will primary work with Operational Security Product team on Tech stack including but not limited to Active directory, Azure AD, ADMP , MS Entra , Cyber Ark etc.

The responsibilities involve leading and managing an Agile Squad, overseeing the development of the product roadmap, managing backlog, updating priorities through captured local needs & feedbacks, ensuring the delivery of Business Value. You are the voice of the stakeholders. 

oDemand Management : Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlogs and translate them into Features and User stories. oBacklog Management : Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.oProduct Lifecycle management : Contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analysing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and GBPO’s inputs. Drive system demo activities and roll-out plan in collaboration with the Business Process Owners and the Proximity teams. Track product performance and value realization upon defined KPI's.oProduct Catalog Management : Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updatesoIncident Management : Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolutionoResource Management : Estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilizationoITFM : Provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Product’s ROI and costs

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

•Deep understanding of IAM principles and frameworks: This includes knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).•Product vision and roadmap development: You can demonstrate expertise in translating business needs into a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with IAM best practices.•User experience (UX) focus: Highlight your ability to prioritize user needs and design IAM solutions that are secure and user-friendly.•Agile methodologies: Demonstrate experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and iterate based on user feedback.•Stakeholder management: Showcase your ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, security engineers, IT operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful product delivery.•Metrics and analytics: Highlight your skills in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IAM initiatives.•Knowledge of compliance requirements: Demonstrate an understanding of relevant industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how IAM solutions can ensure compliance.•Staying current with IAM trends: Emphasize your ability to stay up-to-date on the latest IAM technologies, threats, and best practices
