We’re now looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Polish Vodkas portfolio (domestic and export markets) and selected International Brands within the Crystal Business Unit.

Your Mission
As Brand Director, You Will:
- Craft and lead the annual strategy of a diverse portfolio of brands, aligned with our global vision and local market needs.
- Drive brand performance through value market share (Nielsen), brand equity (PRIME), and financial KPIs (Net Sales, CAAP).
- Bring brand positioning for Polish Vodkas Portfolio to life through compelling, insight-driven campaigns.
- Lead the innovation pipeline of polish vodka portfolio (product & packaging) and international expansion strategy.
- Manage export brand P&Ls and provide strategic input for Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Inspire creativity by delivering campaigns that resonate with consumers and earn industry recognition (Effie, KTR, etc.).
- Foster a culture of consumer centricity, using insights to guide strategic decisions and brand storytelling.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, engaged, and purpose-driven marketing team.
Who You Are:
- You bring 15+ years of experience in FMCG-related organizations, with a strong foundation in brand management and marketing, and a proven track record of leading successful brand strategies and delivering growth.
- You hold an advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a strong asset.
- You are a strategic and creative marketing leader with a passion for building brands that matter.
- You have the ability to drive change and elevate brand visibility and business impact through strategic planning, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
- You are proficient in data analysis and performance tracking, optimizing marketing activities and investments based on KPIs.
- You have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including experience in managing digital media budgets and content creation.
- You combine strong business acumen with strategic thinking, and are comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities.
- You excel in leadership and team management, inspiring and empowering others while leading by example.
- You possess excellent communication skills in both English and Polish, enabling you to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You are insight-driven and commercially savvy,
- Fluent in English, with Polish as an advantage.
