Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers a positive customer experience for all customers and ensures a smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams
  • Has a full understanding of customers' business drivers, needs and requirements with willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions.
  • Align expectations and respond with proactive communication
  • Builds strong relationships with all stakeholders – internal and external
  • Support digitization by promoting e-features and tools
  • Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement

Who We’re Looking For

  • Mindset: Agile, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills: Commercial mindset, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Salesforce is a plus
  • Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience: Background in logistics or customer service is an asset
