The Multi Entity (ME) Services represent a strong value proposal for a sizable book of clients. It also requires a strong specialization to support the offering deployment, to operate complex regulatory framework.
Particularly, the Multi Entity Booking Services Specialist is responsible for Swiss booking activities on client accounts, and operates required custodian duties, in interaction with the Banker in charge.
The specialist deploys an excellent day to day service to clients and bankers and a robust governance. The Multi Entity Booking Services Specialist reports to the Group Multi Entity Service Owner, within the CP/COO department.
Your Role:
Business and Banker Support (Swiss Accounts)
- Guide bankers through onboarding and changes, explaining Swiss requirements.
- Verify business cases initially and detect deviations from Group and Swiss guidelines.
- Act as a specialist on Group and Swiss account management matters (trainings, meetings, etc.).
- Coordinate with product specialists for specific product and offer deployment.
Client Relationship Support - Payment and Order Management
- Input/validate payments, securities transfers, and investment orders, performing necessary pre-checks.
- Handle cash deposits and withdrawals as instructed by clients.
- A good knowledge of wide array of financial products and option trading is a strong asset.
Client Relationship Support – Account Opening and Lifetime
- Assist bankers with administrative tasks and documentation (e.g., receiving and reviewing account opening documents, change of circumstances, KYC reviews).
- Perform required administrative custodian duties and prepare client communications.
- Report issues impacting business as usual (BAU) to the LO Group.
- Monitor liquidity and support account closures.
Compliance with Lombard Odier Expectations
- Understand and adhere to Lombard Odier's risk control framework.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Maintain knowledge for the role, including cross-border and licence requirements.

Your Profile:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Driven towards pragmatic and timely solutions.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
- Strong skills in the financial services industry, in particular in International Private Banking operations and bank account management.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in client relationship, business support, services management, or banking operations.
- Understanding of financial services regulatory framework, industry and practices.
- Proven knowledge of executing international payments and market orders.
- Good knowledge of Swiss regulation and Cross Broder requirements. Other regulation is a plus (European Union, Singapore and Hong Kong financial services regulations and best practices).
- Banking degree (Diplôme de l'Ecole de Commerce, CFC), HEC, HEG or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required or evidence of comparable academic / work achievement.
- Fluent in French and English. Other language a plus (Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset).
- Resident in Geneva or willing to relocate.
