Key Accountabilities
- Lead the prospecting and sales of Repo Clearing services working with existing relationship owners of clients known to Euronext, building new relationships with clients (sell side and buy side) who are currently not members of Euronext for this service.
- Engage with buy & sell side counterparties to develop a sales relationship & understand the client requirements for repo clearing. Work with the product development team on optimising the repo clearing proposition for increased client & market participation.
- Be responsible to pitch the broader Euronext suite of products & services to drive bottom line revenues.
- Responsible for revenue conversion & commercial offering for new clients for Repo Clearing in Continental Europe and the UK
- Collaborate with coverage in other divisions to ensure we are aligned to the client as one firm.
- Partner with marketing to drive the expansion of repo clearing in participation of conferences, generating marketing materials and creating client events to engage the wider market and demonstrate thought leadership in solving market problems.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a sales role within the financial sector with deep relationships with financial counterparties and an understanding of derivatives & clearing.
- Excellent knowledge of the Fixed Income market structure and clients landscape;
- Product knowledge across of FI & Repo and Clearing
- Strong client facing skills and the ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the client’s organization;
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness;
- Proven experience in converting sales to revenue generation;
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view;
- Fluent in both verbal and written English, another European language is beneficial but not essential
- Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented with a numbers-driven approach to work
