Pay: $22.40/hour 

$2.00 Shift Differential

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the assisting the overall operation of production on their shift. The following list of responsibilities and requirements is not intended to be comprehensive and may be modified at any time by the Human Resource Partner, in response to current business needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Receiving, Inspection Room, Raw Prep/Cook, RTE, Packout, and other locations as needed. 
• Operates machinery to ensure the continuous flow of products through the production process  
• Ensures proper ingredients and or supplies are available on the line 
• Monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed 
• Learns plant proper operating procedures and practices in each department. 
• Assists in setting their individual performance goals and objectives with their Supervisor. 
• Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. 
• Receives training in functions and operations of all departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater job opportunities. 
• Attends company-sponsored training classes. 
• Abides by all company Safety, QA and Human Resource policies. 
• All other duties, as assigned by management. 

Must have at least 6 months previous work experience with a single employer within the last 18 months.
