The Gig:
The Product Delivery Analyst II will coordinate and execute UAT strategy and E2E testing for all Crew and Sailor-facing applications and initiatives. This role will require close coordination with both stakeholders and IT, ensuring a smooth handover between teams. The Product Delivery Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing and documenting testing activities, including the building and execution of full scale E2E test plans, along with defect tracking and reporting. Additionally, this role will be responsible for small scale release management.
This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment. We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days.
- What You'll Be Up to:
- Ensure digital products align to original requirements
- Ensure process/governance adherences for Digital Products
- Review, capture and enter defects identified by team members
- Digital product testing and support for marketing initiatives (UI/UX testing)
- Non-functional testing of marketing tool updates and changes (A/B, Pixel, GA)
- Coordinate UAT testing across lines of business when needed (End to End)
- Coordinate data set up and test configuration
- Capture and enter additional business requirements when needed
- Provide ongoing feedback on product quality testing
- Participate in SAFE agile ceremonies
- Superpowers Required:
- 5 + years of professional digital products experience
- Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry experience preferred
- Experience with testing tools, digital processes
- Experience working with internal and external development teams
- QA testing experience with guest facing applications (Mobile, Desktop)
- Experience working in multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
- SAFE Agile best practices experience
- Knowledge of marketing tools (Magnolia CMS, Salesforce, air table) a plus
- Knowledge of eCommerce platform, SOR systems, API and Mobile testing
- Business system support a plus
- Relevant degree a plus
