Role Responsibilities:
Senior Manager, Digital Product & Ecosystem, Asia Pacific will own the digital solutioning, product-market fit, conception of user journey, localization and integration efforts across Asia Pacific to launch, operate and monitor new and existing digital products. The role will be responsible for aligning regional initiatives with our global strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a key focus on advancing our omnichannel and wallet ecosystem offerings across key send and receive markets, the candidate will be the subject matter expert for product management, product-market fit, knowledge of local payment/ecosystem partners, UI/UX topics and responsible for definition and implementation of a framework for sustainable and modular application design
The role will guide product development based on local insights, business requirements and understanding of segments within global style guides. The position also ensures an independent conception and specification of user experience designs while paying attention to business requirements and technical feasibility specific to geography.
You are also in charge of:
- Development and ownership of BRD and PRD for each digital and ecosystem product released
- End to end delivery timeline for partner on-boarding to launch
- Building operational policies within Agile product development, procedures and processes methodologies
- Understanding of partner/application interfaces and APIs that enable a digital ecosystem
- Design of user journeys based on design principles, market data and benchmarking
- Monitoring product performance based on a range of commercial and operating KPIs and metrics
- Running product operational forums and liaison with suppliers and vendor partners
- Ensure that the product development plans comply with relevant legal and compliance policies.
- Ongoing product development and feature implementation.
- Co-Build & maintain effective product technology road maps and strategies for the digital payments, wallet and cross border business.
- Understand and track competitor activities specific to product categories.
- Navigate complex and fast-moving Fintech technology landscape to harness technology opportunities and steer away from threats.
- Enable customer-facing staff with specialist product training and support through Learning & Development.
- Project manages workstreams to bring the product to life.
Other key responsibilities of the job include gathering of requirements and participating in the end-to-end platform requirements.
Role Requirements:
To be successful in this role, end- to-end experience in strategic planning & digital integration.
- Past product/business/project experience in similar fintech space; role will also be in-charge of current & future products within the ecosystem.
- Technical/Business experience of building and operating wallets, digital payments, e-marketplaces, card processing and cross border product and platforms.
- Ideally led a product line from build, launch and operate phases.
- Passionate about maximizing a product’s commercial outcomes
- Detailed understanding of product methodologies, documentation and processes for digital products with a systematic/analytical mindset.
- Preferred to have an advanced degree in Tech/Business Administration or similar
- Experience working with cross functional teams across APAC region
