Manager, Facility Data & Analytics - Real Estate and Facilities

Location: Remote anywhere in the US

Job Summary

This individual leads a team that oversees conditions assessments, asset data programs, CMMS governance and performance reporting across Ferguson’s global portfolio. In a 60/40 player-coach capacity, this role drives scalable facility data initiatives, long-range capital planning support, and real-time dashboarding. This leader plays a key role in optimizing internal processes, delivering enterprise insights and supporting field teams with reliable, decision-ready facility intelligence.

Job Description

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of Facilities Specialists and subject matter experts, with a strong focus on professional development; establishing clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and creating growth opportunities that build individual capability and team bench strength.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals and operational plans that align with corporate initiatives, using facility data, metrics and capital insights to drive performance.
  • Facilitate multi-functional collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment in asset strategy, condition assessments, capital forecasting and maintenance planning.
  • Lead the development of internal and external-facing Power BI dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring metrics are actionable, accurate and aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Champion the standardization of workflows and documentation for field assessments, asset tagging, data governance and tool development while leading the execution of Ferguson’s facility survey program.
  • Prepare and deliver consolidated reports, including key performance indicators and periodic reviews of all facility activities to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business partners, offering direction rooted in Facilities Management standard processes and data insights.
  • Actively participate in planning efforts to anticipate company growth, evolving asset needs, and system infrastructure improvements.
  • Maintain strict alignment to company compliance standards, as well as Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement standard processes for cost reduction, operational improvement, and long-term facility planning.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead technical, data-centric teams with complex, multi-layered responsibilities.
  • Exceptional ability in Communication, Organizing, Group Problem Solving, Teamwork, Relationship Building and Time Management both written and verbally.
  • Ability to engage effectively with partners at all levels, internal and external, including the Executive Leadership Team, and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system and reporting solutions.
  • Perform with a strong sense of urgency, with high expectations, around driving costs from the company P&L and best preparing Ferguson for future growth.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience preferably within Real Estate and Facilities at a corporate level.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, business management, technical facilities, or a related technical field required.
  • Experience managing/supporting multi-location industrial or retail portfolios with a focus on operational improvement.
  • Robust knowledge of Microsoft data platforms, including Azure Data Warehouse, Power BI, PowerQuery, PowerShell, and API integrations strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
