Description -
This role is responsible for establishing and nurturing connections with upper management while providing roadmaps and guidance HR programs. The role coordinates with expertise centers leaded to design of innovative solutions while driving effectiveness across organization. The role shapes HR strategies for operational and strategic alignment, driving process improvements and mentoring junior employees.
Responsibilities
Strategic Hr Partnership & Business Acumen – Act As A Trusted Advisor To The Senior Vp In Ps Operations (Org Size: 800+ Employees), Aligning Hr Initiatives With Supply Chain Objectives, Leverage Data-Driven Insights To Influence Leadership Decisions.
Change Management & Organizational Transformation – Lead Hr Aspects Of Large-Scale Transformation Initiatives (E.G., Restructuring, Location Strategy, Digitalization) While Driving Cultural Alignment And Employee Engagement With The (L2 Cos).
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning – Develop And Execute Workforce Planning, Succession Strategies, And Leadership Development Programs To Ensure Strong Pipelines For Critical Supply Chain Roles At The L3, L4 And L5 Management Levels.
Employee Relations & Leadership Coaching – Provide Expert Guidance On Sensitive Employee Relations Issues, Coach Leaders To Strengthen Effectiveness, Build Global Mindset, And Foster High-Performing Teams And Employees.
Global Cross-Cultural Agility – Manage Hr Processes Across Diverse Geographies, Ensuring Compliance With Global Standards While Adapting To Local Nuances And Practices.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in HR functions, organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $121,650 to $187,350 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
