Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join Snap Finance. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the successful implementation and delivery of Agile projects while ensuring adherence to SAFe principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders, to foster agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will possess a strong desire to hit the ground running, learn quickly, grow, and find solutions to problems that typically stop the average person—and love getting stuff done!

How You'Ll Make An Impact:

• Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile and SAFe principles, values, and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-performing teams.
• Assist on PI Planning and other SAFe events to align teams, stakeholders, and leadership on delivery objectives.
• Assist teams in the PI planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and dependencies.
• Manage team-to-team dependencies and collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to resolve complex dependencies across Agile Release Trains.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective and efficient execution.
• Remove obstacles and impediments that could affect team productivity and success, escalating issues as necessary.
• Monitor and track team progress and performance, providing timely and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Possess strong conflict resolution skills, fostering openness, honesty, and respect within and across teams.
• Coach Product Owners for effective backlog management and prioritization.
• Create the right environment for the team by removing distractions and ensuring focus on value delivery.
• Recommend improvements and drive alignment across the organization.
• Inspire others to adopt new processes and improvements based on program and team retrospectives.

What You'Ll Need To Succeed:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required. Additional Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe  SM, SASM, ) are a plus.
• 3–4+ years working as a Scrum Master, with proven experience facilitating Agile teams—preferably across multiple teams concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar), or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban,
• Solid understanding of iterative and incremental development fundamentals.
• Ability to foster team accountability and commitment to delivering increments of value.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and ability to guide teams in using them for improvement.
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
