Job Description

Position Summary

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of financial and operational reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance to support strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with central and local finance teams to ensure information is correctly gathered and presented.

Key Responsibilities

The Reporting Analyst will have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Data Checks and Controls

  • Check the exchange rate upload in SAP: Ensure accurate integration of exchange rates in SAP.
  • Checks closing P&L, Stats: Verify the consistency of closing Profit & Loss (P&L) data and associated statistics.
  • Check the Holding Territory/SSC loading: Ensure proper data integration for the Holding Territory/Shared Service Center (SSC).
  • Check BU / CC including ICO: Verify data for Business Units and Cost Centers, including Intercompany Operations (ICO).
  • IFRS 16: Ensure data compliance with IFRS 16 standards.
  • Customer contribution data extract: Retrieve and verify data related to customer contributions.
  • Volume rebates accrual: Review the accuracy of volume rebates accruals.
  • Report production (internal): Prepare and distribute various internal reports as required.
  • Internal Financial statements release: Create and maintain P&L files, BS, Cash flow in Excel.
  • Structure costs report: FTE, personnel expenses, Travel & Entertainment expenses,
  • Provide database from SAP FC for company tools : Qlik, Pigment
  • Master file: Maintain and update master files in SAP FC.
  • IFRS 16: Ensure data compliance with IFRS 16 standards.
  • Customer contribution data extract: Retrieve and verify data related to customer contributions.
  • Volume rebates accrual: Review the accuracy of volume rebates accruals.

2. Report Production

  • Capex file: Manage and track capital expenditure files.

3. Presentation and Repository Preparation & Maintenance

  • Deck production: Contribute to the creation of presentations for various audiences.
  • Flash revenue & EBITDA deck: Prepare flash presentations on revenue and EBITDA.
  • Group FP&A Deck: Participate in the development of presentations for the Group FP&A team.
  • Market deck preparation: Create presentations specific to different markets.
  • Holdings / SSC Deck: Develop presentations for holdings and shared service centers.
  • File preparation for market: Organize and prepare necessary files for market analysis.
  • Create the set of P&L in the repository of each market: Ensure P&Ls are properly stored and accessible for each market.
  • Create the set of specific in the repository of each market: Document and organize market-specific information.
  • Create the set of B/S & CF in the repository of each market: Manage Balance Sheets and Cash Flows within the appropriate repositories.
  • Deck production: Contribute to the creation of presentations for various audiences.
  • Flash revenue & EBITDA deck: Prepare flash presentations on revenue and EBITDA.
  • Group FP&A Deck: Participate in the development of presentations for the Group FP&A team.
  • Market deck preparation: Create presentations specific to different markets.
  • Holdings / SSC Deck: Develop presentations for holdings and shared service centers.
  • File preparation for market: Organize and prepare necessary files for market analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Education in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a similar field.
  • Experience in data analysis and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP systems.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and extract relevant insights.
  • Highly rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Qlik Sense or other Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential; French is a plus.
